Hayling Food & Drink Festival 2012

The Langstone Hotel is proud to announce that we will be holding the very first Hayling Food & Drink Festival on Sunday 8th July 2012. The festival will be run in conjunction with numerous local establishments including South Downs College, Hampshire Fare, Discover Wines, and Havant Borough Council among many others.

Master Classes

Attend one of the many free classes throughout the day with a theme to suit all tastes.  Demonstrations from South Downs College Catering Team, Kenwood, Jamie at Home, and Discover Wines.

Exhibitors

Meet, try and buy from our specially selected local food sellers, growers and producers.

Food & Drink

A variety of different food options will be available to suit all tastes from BBQ’s and Hog Roast’s to Strawberries and Cream.  Sample a fine dining meal in the hotels award winning AA two rosette restaurant or enjoy a sumptuous Afternoon Tea taking in the views over the picturesque Langstone Harbour.

Entertainment

A selection of local musical talent will be performing on our main stage with a packed schedule from solo artists to Jazz Bands.  Other entertainers will be performing on site throughout the day.  Alternatively, watch the Wimbledon Men’s Final or the Formula One British Grand Prix on our big screen television.

Parking

Limited free car parking on site.  Alternatively, travel by bike with a dedicated bicycle park at the hotel.  There are several bicycle paths to the hotel including the popular Hayling Billy Trail and the Farlington Marshes Route.
