Our air-conditioned gymnasium is fully equipped with state of the art cardiovascular and individual stations of resistance equipment complemented by free weights and a stretching area; where you will gain your fitness and ultimately improve your health.
After a complete fitness assessment our professionally trained instructors will formulate a fitness programme to ensure you receive the maximum benefit from your hard work. Our instructors will explain in detail how the equipment works and whilst you continue to be a member you will benefit from having regular reassessments to ensure your training program is always geared towards what you want to achieve.
