Beauty and Alternative Therapies
ClubLife consultant and Personal Trainer Bex Pay will be doing a sponsored sky dive from 10,000 feet for Rowans Hospice. The event has been changed to 8th September2012 from the original May date which gives her plenty of time to get sponsors. If you would like to show your support and sponsor Bex, there is a sponsor form in the club or alternatively speak to Bex direct. Club Manager Lee Adams will be competing in the BNBF Southern Championships on Sunday 24th June 2012.
NEW to the leisure club - FLABeLOS! A new vibration training tool proven to improve and benefit the body in many ways. The machine sends out a fast sequence of vibrations specifically designed to trigger and stimulate muscle walls and employs a ‘pivotal’ system as compared to the action of a seesaw. You will receive greater forces transmitted into your body with the feet / hands positioned further apart.
Charge is per session for use, with each session lasting 10 minutes.
- 1 Session £4 per session= 1x10 Min
- 1 Week Course £10 (4 Sessions)
- 4 Weeks Course £30 (16 Sessions)
As of October 2012 there will be a new early birds circuit class. This class will run weekly on a Tuesday 06.40-07.10am.
Having had a great deal of feedback concerning lack of evening classes on the timetable and having added classes, the support and attendance of these classes has so far been disappointing. Classes with poor consistently low numbers will be removed so please show your support for the instructors and attend these classes if you wish them to continue.
The Record Breakers challenges continue. See the gym notice board for details of the challenges and challenge yourself to see if you too can be a Record Breaker.
