The Brasserie

The newly refurbished restaurant, that was in essence a hotel restaurant, has been transformed into a less formal more inviting Brasserie, with soft lighting & bespoke furnishings.

The Brasserie occupies a prominent position overlooking the Langstone Harbour & Estuary, the perfect setting in which to enjoy al fresco dining on the terrace. Our delicious Seasonal Menus are written by our Head Chef, Duncan Wilson. When writing his menus, Duncan is keen to maintain freshness and great customer choice. He is also dedicated to use as much local produce as he can.

Our range of wines are amazing! You will certainly find a bottle to suit your dining experience! With many years of management experience, our professional team offer a first class dining experience with the emphasis being placed on fabulous food, a relaxing unobtrusive atmosphere, fantastic facilities & outstanding customer service.
