The Brasserie awarded another AA Rosette for culinary excellence – July 2010

The Brasserie restaurant has been awarded another AA Rosette in culinary excellence after a surprise visit by an AA inspector. AA Rosette Awards have become one of the UK’s most important benchmarks for food quality in restaurant, with leading chefs recognising the prestige and authority of the awards.
