From the initial enquiry to the completion of a successful event, we appreciate that every detail has to be just right.
Before the event
One selected member of our Conference Team will be appointed as your main contact. The dedicated conference Co-ordinater will advise and discuss plans for the room layout and table arrangements prior to your arrival assuring your meeting will be a success.
When you arrive
- A Conference Host dedicated to your meeting will meet & greet your guests
- The agenda will be confimed and you will be shown the facilities and equipment
- Our IT team will support you for the setup on the day
During the event full IT support will be available.
After the event
