The Langstone Hotel understands that every guest has different needs and requirements and the hotel offers the following facilties for guests with a disability.
Arrival
When you arrive at the Langstone Hotel, guests requiring wheelchair access are advised to park in the disabled parking spaces, which are close to the front entrance, where there is a ramp for wheelchair access.
Accommodation
The Langstone Hotel has 1 Executive and 3 Luxury Executive disabled bedrooms which are located on the ground floor of the hotel and have wider doors and lowered switches and amenities. The en-suite bathroom has grab rails and transfer space around the wc. The purpose built bedrooms also feature an alarm cord, which alerts hotel staff by audible alarm and flashing light, should the occupant require assistance.

Public Areas
All public areas and amenities are located on the ground floor, there a few steps to access the lounge bar and restaurant, however there is a lift for wheelchair users adjacent to the steps.
Conferences and Functions
The hotel's conference and meeting rooms are located on the ground floor and the first floor and there is lift access to the first floor rooms. However the Spinnaker Suite, which is located on the first floor does not, at this time, have lift access.
